Introduction
In this course I hope you will get a deeper understanding of how the WAX Blockchain works. I don't expect everyone to go through the entire course, but rather use it as a curated source of information to help onboard and educate yourself and new users as you learn more about how WAX works and operates.
Education is key, so let's do this together!

WAX is a Carbon Neutral purpose built blockchain for NFTs. It is designed to cover the needs of creators, artists and collectors of NFTs in all shape and forms. At the time of writing this, there are over 55 million NFTs created on WAX alone.
Lesson 3: Available Wallets
In this lesson we will only go through the different wallets available to interact with the WAX Blockchain.
On WAX you mainly have two options for hardware wallets, Ledger and Trezor. Since most users use ledger this is what we will focus on in this lesson. Both Ledger nano S and X supports WAX through the EOS app.

On WAX we have two major standards for NFTs, Atomicassets which is the biggest one, and Simpleassets which is the first one. Today Almost all new NFTs are Atomicassets.

Lesson 1: Introduction to resources
In this intro we quickly summarize how the resources work and why you need them, in the following lessons we will break this down into more details.
Lesson 2: What is RAM?
RAM is storage on the WAX Blockchain, it's used for smart contracts, table entries, tokens and creating NFTs. You will need more of this resource the more you use the WAX Blockchain.
Lesson 3: What is CPU and NET?
On WAX, transactions are free, but you need to have CPU and NET in your account to perform them. You get resources by staking WAXP, which can later be unstaked to get your WAXP back. It's locked while you use the blockchain, and later it can be unstaked if you want the tokens back.
Lesson 2: How to use bloks.io
In this lesson we check out the basics of the bloks block explorer and how you can use it for your benefit.
Guilds on WAX are the teams validating the blockchain, but not only that, they provide much more value than that. Let's check out their main tasks on the WAX Blockchain

Just found this and am looking forward to taking the course as I got involved with nft's in order to LEARN. In the meantime I have a question, my friend transferred some tokens to a wrong account (instead of me) and is trying to recover them. He's made an offer on the tokens detailing his mistake (in the memo field)of the account that he sent them to, but as far as I can tell the person has not been active on their account since the creation 15/11/21
Are the tokens lost if they do not decide to return them, and is there anyway of contacting the owner of the account to bring this to their attention?
Yee, if you enter the wrong account name, it will be lost, unless the person that received them honors the mistake.
